Patients could also suffer from a severe debilitating or life-threatening condition or any of the following conditions where it is clinically associated with a complication of a condition under this paragraph or its treatment:
- Cachexia or wasting syndrome
- Severe nausea
- Seizures
- Severe or persistent muscle spasms
- Severe or chronic pain — effective December 01, 2016
- or such conditions as added by the Commissioner
