Trigger Point Injections

A common procedure utilized by pain and rehab doctors to treat spasms, and tension around muscle groups that contain trigger point.  Common areas for injections are neck, back, shoulder and legs.  Most common injections are corticosteriod and local anesthetics.  Most common conditions treated are Fibromyalgia, chronic pain, tension headaches, muscle spasms.
